Currently, we are looking for the following roles:

Marketing & Business Data Analyst

Job Description: As a Marketing & Business Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our clinical innovations and global market execution. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize our supply chain, and refine our competitive positioning within the topical antibiotic landscape.

Duties:

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the topical antibiotic market.

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide actionable insights using Python, PowerBI, R, Tableau, SQL, and Asana.

• KPI Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Asana to track Key Performance Indicators.

• Strategic Planning: Coordinate business data analysis in Excel for campaign evaluation and inventory optimization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within Slack to align with product development and use QuickBooks/Google Sheets to review marketing finances with the accounting team.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare detailed presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Regulatory Monitoring: Report on regulatory changes and their potential impact on marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Business Analytics.

• Three months of experience in the position or three months of experience in the Business Analysis field.

Special Requirements:

• Direct experience with market trend analysis, data-driven analysis, PowerBI, R, Tableau, and Asana.

• Telecommuting May Be Allowed.
